Advent preparations are not just only external.
"Mommy, did Mary of the Virgin Shepherd have one or two kids?", said the little girl
"just one, baby Jesus", Mommy replied.
"But Jesus has so many kids in his mind, I thought Mary had more", commented the little girl again.
Mommy must contemplate that more....
Another day.
"Mommy, can we have a Jesus dinner again?", said the little girl thoughtfully
To which Mommy replied, "Yes, Christmas is coming soon. We will celebrate a Christmas dinner."
Emphatically the little girl replied with wrinkles in her brow, "No, I mean like eat like Jesus did with his friends."
"Did you mean like Passover?", asked the patient Mommy.
"Yes, Jesus dinner. I want to eat it again".
