She's ready for some special book reading with just mom.
{This will be my third daughter to do this kind of focused learning and reading together.}
And I know that it works.
Last fall my husband and I left our 17 year old daughter in charge of all the kids while we went on a trip.
for 15 days(!)
So I am doing a Industry journey now with my next daughter.
Did I say that I have a fourth child that isn't 'a little' anymore?
For the past three weeks we have been making bread together. She's doing wonderfully. So it's time to be very focused on this type of learning together. Getting a perspective of the future when she's a woman capable of keeping a house and home of her own. And soon she will be baking the bread without me.
And she will do amazing with this little lesson of life over the next 8 years.
I'll try not to blink. But drink in each moment of growing and savor it.
