a Spring walk in the woods

With a Charlotte Mason education, we spend a lot of time outside.

We like to see what happens each season. We found lots of spring beauties this year.

An owl pellet

And brought it in to dissect it.

and categorize it.

Remove the garlic mustard that wants to take over the meadow.

Find the May apples.

and just enjoy it.

Wonder at the things that are before thee making this the first step toward further knowledge.
