A Hero

Tonight I met a hero.

I've read her books.

Now I've heard her story in her own words.

I was inspired by how she prayed the rosary while hidden for 91 days in a very small bathroom with many other women. She said she prayed 27 rosaries each day while in that hiding place! She moved from fear to anger to forgiveness. Jesus Christ sustained her and continues still today.

I wonder if I would remain hopeful if fearing for my life for that long?
